Bevilacqua also assisted on the team's first goal and the game-tying goal in the Provincial Junior A Hockey League tilt, played at Port Credit Arena.
Bruce Crawford potted two power play goals in the third period, bringing the Chargers back from a two-goal deficit, setting up a scoreless overtime and Bevilacqua's shootout win.
Mississauga ultimately won the game 4-3.
Crawford's two goals brought his season points total to 71 in just 32 games. That puts him top of the team, and second in the league, five points behind Paul Rodrigues of the Vaughan Vipers.
Bevilacqua's distant 58 points has him in second place on the team.
Last night's win brings the Chargers to a 16-17-2 record, in seventh place out of nine teams in the West Division.
The Chargers play the Streetsville Derbys tonight at Westwood Rink at 7 p.m.
