Halton Region Police say a business owner and a former employee began arguing over money after meeting near Royal Windsor Way and Winston Churchill Blvd. The two men had agreed to meet near the Mississauga-Oakville boundary to discuss the matter.
Tempers flared and a 52-year-old Toronto man who believed he was owed money was stabbed in the head. He was taken to Oakville-Trafalgar Hospital, where he received 15 stitches to close his wounds.
Late last night, Thanh Phuong Le of Mississauga was taken into custody and charged.
