Mississauga nightclub Blue Suede Sue's is hosting a fundraiser Sunday to fight breast cancer.
The event will raise money to help two Toronto women, Beth Goulart and Joelle Bynoe, participate in the annual Weekend to End Breast Cancer fundraiser, taking place Sept. 5-7 in Toronto. Participants must raise $2,000 in pledges to take part.
Proceeds from Weekend to End Breast Cancer go to The Campbell Family Institute at Princess Margaret Hospital in Toronto.
Sunday's event starts at 4 p.m. and will feature seven separate events. Organizers are asking for a $5 donation to participate.
The afternoon begins with a sexy car wash featuring both men and women. The buffet starts at 5 p.m. with a hula-hoop show and belly-dancing to follow.
There will be a pole-dancing competition at 8 p.m. followed by a fashion show featuring sportswear and swimwear at 9 p.m.
Door prizes and giveaways throughout the evening are also part of the fun.
Deejay Casanova will spin Top 40, dance, house, Latin, R&B and retro music.
Blue Suede Sue's is located at 75 Watline Ave.
