The woman was working alone over the dinner hour at SN Traders, a wireless and cellular communications supplier on Eglinton Ave. E., when a man entered the store at about 6 p.m. The man asked the employee a few questions about some of the products the store carried before leaving.
Within minutes, two men burst into the store. One of the intruders pulled out a gun and pointed it at the victim. The thieves demanded cash and cell phones before taking the employee to one of the store's back rooms where they tied her up and told her to remain quiet.
The suspects filled plastic bags with cell phones and Blackberry devices before fleeing the scene in a silver, four-door vehicle.
The employee was unhurt.
The first suspect is described as a man with olive skin, between five-foot-six to five-foot-eight with a thin build and black, curly hair. He looked about 27-30 years old and was wearing a white bandanna and a short sleeve black-and-white shirt with blue on it.
The second suspect also had olive skin. He was about five-foot-five and looked about 27-30 years old with a medium build. He was wearing a grey shirt and grey baseball hat and was carrying the gun.
The third suspect was a tall, heavyset man with olive skin. He was wearing a white-and-black bandanna on his head.
