Canadian comedian Colin Mochrie is still acting outrageously.
Known for his antics on Whose Line is it Anyway?, Mochrie today massaged a chicken's shoulders and shouted inspirational messages at an alpaca.
It happened during the filming of the two 30-second spots for the World Vision gift catalogue, and was shot this morning in Mississauga.
Both the alpaca and the chicken are items available on the gift catalogue along with things like livestock, medicines and school supplies that Canadians can buy to assist children and their families in developing countries.
The videos will be available for viewing at www.worldvision.ca as soon as possible.
Mochrie was among the 90,000 Canadians last year who bought almost 258,000 items through the catalogue.
"Colin is volunteering his time for the World Vision gift catalogue to get Canadians to donate to our cause," said Karen Flores, communications officer for the organization.
World Vision, whose Canadian head office is based in Mississauga, is a Christian relief, development and advocacy organization that works with children and their families and communities to overcome poverty and injustice.
