Four accused in mail thefts

Four Mississauga peole are among seven arrested by the Ontario Provincial Police yesterday on fraud related charges.
They are accused of breaking into postal kiosks and stealing company money and personal cheques totalling to more than $1.5 million.
Police reports say the group was arrested following a four-month investigation of Hungarian and Asian criminal groups operating in the GTA by law enforcement agencies from Peel, Toronto, York and the OPP. Additionally, police seized three vehicles used by the suspects.
OPP said that, as part of the sting, police executed eight search warrants
in the GTA at Scarborough, Mississauga and Markham locations, resulting in the arrests of seven persons on numerous criminal charges.
The police also arrested four people on outstanding immigration warrants.
Arrest warrants were issued for two additional persons.
Police have charged: Balog Sandor, 23; Gyorfi Csaba, 31; Toth Atilla, 37 (aka: Sandor Kuzman) of Mississauga.
