It is high time that the federal government recognizes the need to fast-track skilled immigrants rather than unskilled ones.
Anyone in business will tell you that we are short of skilled people.
What we have in abundance are unskilled people with language problems.
Canada needs to put its needs ahead of other interests and allow young, healthy, skilled people with language skills into the country in a measured way.
