Canadian Kid suffers first pro defeat
He never had a chance. Mississauga's Steve Molitor suffered his first defeat tonight as a professional boxer when he was stopped in the fourth round by hard-punching Panamanian giant Celestino Caballero. The Canadian Kid was never in contention in Rumble at Rama VI, billed as 12 rounds of boxing for two title belts in the 122-pound weight class.

It's scary out there

I don't scare easily, but I have to admit I'm absolutely terrified by predictions of the world's imminent end.

Perhaps falling under the category of Better Late than Never, I've become addicted to television shows, websites and newsletters outlining the seemingly unavoidable end of the world, as we know it (with apologies to the Barenaked Ladies).
